I had a dream, one of these days. One of those dreams that arise from your deepest unconscious level. Overpowering
I was at Heaven´s door. Through a light smog i had a glance of so many familiar faces inviting me to get in...
I moved on. Four keys, four questions to answer, to open an access in through the cloud.
1 - A sustainable life in the Planet depends over all on the respect for the Nature. What should be the individual contribution to ensure that needed global respect?
2 - Is it possible to achieve a true freedom if there isn´t any love and compassion for all those that surround us, including those that only will come tomorrow?
3 - Is it possible the development of man kind, if knowledge is used as particular profit instead of a contribution for the general well-fare?
4 - What society is more sustainable (even in the economic sense) ? The one that relies in profit or the one that relies on giving?
I scracht my head, not knowing what answer and heaven just disappear.
A few hours later i was on my way to Sil Monasteries (North of Spain) looking for some answers. With AIR on my pocket, Heaven´s Light e Love (from the album Love 2) and Playground Love (The Virgin suicides)
Think it over with me
Tive um sonho um dia destes. Um daqueles sonhos que sinto como uma emanação do meu inconsciente. Libertadores.
Estava às portas do paraiso. Através de uma névoa descortinei de forma fugaz alguns rostos conhecidos encorajando-me a entrar. . . Acedi.
4 chaves com 4 perguntas que teria de responder para abrir a nesga na névoa que me permitia a passagem.
1 - A possibilidade de manter a vida no planeta depende acima de tudo, do respeito pela natureza. Qual é, então, o contributo que cada individuo tem de dar para que globalmente esse respeito seja assegurado?
2 - Será possível aspirar a uma verdadeira liberdade se não houver amor e compaixão por todos os que nos rodeiam, sobretudo por aqueles que ainda hão-de vir?
3 - Será possível evoluir como espécie, se o conhecimento for destinado ao proveito de grupos individuais ao invés de ser aberto e contributivo para o bem geral?
4 - Qual a sociedade mais sustentável (mesmo no sentido puramente económico)? A que assenta no lucro ou a que assenta na dádiva?
Cocei a cabeça, não sabendo exatamente o que responder e por isso acordei.
Umas horas mais tarde estava a caminho dos Mosteiros do SIL (Norte de Espanha) em busca das respostas áquelas decisivas perguntas. Com Heaven´s Light e Love (do album Love 2) e Playground Love (The Virgin suicides) dos AIR.
Ajudem-me a pensar nisso.
